     Founded by dedicated coaches with years of playing and training experience, Higher Purpose Lacrosse emphasizes skill development, game IQ, and character-building. We believe that success in lacrosse starts with hard work, discipline, and a higher purpose—a drive to be your best not just as an athlete, but as a leader in life.

     Our programs include 1-on-1 training, off-season development, college recruiting support, and select team opportunities. Program Breakdown

Off-Season Training

The off-season is the perfect time to refine skills, build strength, and prepare for the challenges of the upcoming season. 

1. Skill Development (Weeks 1–4)

  • Stickwork drills to improve accuracy, speed, and control.

  • Footwork and agility training to enhance quickness and balance.

  • Position-specific drills tailored to the player’s role on the field.

2. Strength & Conditioning (Weeks 5–8)

  • Customized strength-building programs to improve power and endurance. Speed and explosive movement training for quicker reaction times.

  • Injury prevention exercises targeting key muscle groups.

College Preparation

Our College Preparation Training is designed to help high school players transition to the collegiate level with confidence and skill. Whether you're aiming for a Division I, II, or III program, this comprehensive training plan focuses on the key areas that college coaches look for and the skills needed to succeed at the next level.

1. Skill Enhancement & Position-Specific Training (Weeks 1–4)

  • Advanced stick skills, shooting techniques, and dodging.

  • Position-specific drills to meet the demands of college-level play.

  • Quick decision-making and game intelligence development.​

2. Speed, Strength & Conditioning (Weeks 5–8)

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT) to improve speed and agility.

  • Strength training tailored to improve explosiveness and endurance.

  • Core stability and injury prevention to build a durable body for college play.

3. Off Field Work & Classroom Preparation (Seminar/Meetings)

  • Coaches will build a you a standout athletic resume and highlight reel.

  • Crafting personalized outreach emails to college coaches.​​​

  • Developing leadership skills and handling the pressures of college sports.

  • Time management and balancing academics with athletics.​

  • Reviewing game film to analyze college-level play and strategies.​
  • Understanding what college coaches expect in terms of on-field execution.
